Terms and Conditions for the Lucky Draw at Khadim Retail Stores across India

By participating in this offer, the entrants agree to be bound by the rules.

• This offer commences from 8th November 2024 and closes on 8th December 2024.
• This offer is valid on purchase of any product, with a minimum invoice value of ₹750.
• The customer has to provide a valid mobile number for getting the coupon and participation in the Lucky Draw, as well as for future communication and confirmation.
• The draw for the prizes will be held at the company’s premises where the entire process will be digital and audited.
• The customer need not be present at the time of the lucky draw to win the prizes.
• No cash refund will be made against the prizes.
• After the draw, winners will be notified by the Company. Winners must be present on the assigned date with the original invoice and carry a valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or PAN card) within the prescribed period.
• Failure to comply with the above clause will disqualify the participant/winner from the Lucky Draw.
• The decision of Khadim India Limited with respect to the Lucky Draw will be final and binding.
• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata.
• Employees of Khadim, their families, and associated dealers/distributors/other channel partners are not eligible to participate.
• GV of Rs. 200/- redeemable on next purchase of Rs.1000/- & above
• GV of Rs. 500/- redeemable on next purchase of Rs.2000/- & above
• GV of Rs. 1000/- redeemable on next purchase of Rs.3000/- & above
