Our manufacturing unit located on Plot No: P-31 and S-26 in Kasba Industrial Estate, Phase III, Kolkata 107 is an ISO 9001:2000 certified unit.
It has four different manufacturing sections – Cemented Footwear Assembly Line (Capacity of 0.60 million pairs), PVC Single-colour Direct-Injection and PVC Double-colour Direct-Injection (5.27 million pairs) and Eva Injection (2.4 million pairs) thereby giving us a total installed capacity of 8.27 million pairs annually.
As part of being future-ready, we have set a target of producing 27.8 million pairs annually within the next 4 years. To meet such production levels, we are adding 350,000 sq. ft of additional manufacturing area which will house production lines capable of producing substantial pairs of Rubber/EVA Flip-Flops, PU Direct-Injection Sandals/Slippers, Canvas Footwear, sports footwear/sandals, ladies open footwear and other footwear.
An in-house Design Studio is also being proposed to cater to high-end products and Mould Repair Shop capable of Teflon coating. There would also be an operating CAD system focused on product development. The manufacturing capacity would be further strengthened by additional stitching lines to increase capacity of upper making by a few million pairs annually.
