Mr. Siddhartha Roy Burman is the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company and son of Mr. S P Roy Burman, Chairman Emeritus and Founder of Khadim Group.
Mr. Siddhartha Roy Burman joined his father in his business after completing his Graduation in Commerce in 1980. In his tenure with the Company he has carefully streamlined operations, processes, and took initiatives for development of Human Resources. His leadership has been instrumental in taking Khadim’s brand to its present visibility.

Dr. Chatterjee, an Alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta ("IIMC") is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India ('ICSI') and the fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India ('ICWAI') and comes with the rich experience of 35 years in the related field and has served a number of renowned companies in the capacity of Senior Executive/Director/Advisor/Consultant including ONGC, the Hinduja Group, TELCo, Indian Airlines etc. He has been the Director Finance at ONGC. |

Prof. Dutta, an Alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta ("IIMC"), was the founder Director of the newest IIM-Shillong. Before this assignment he was the Director of the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM)- Kolkata, the oldest business school in India. Prof. Dutta comes with an experience of more than 40 years. He has worked with a number of Multinational Corporations and home grown large business houses and large PSUs in the field of Shipping, Transport, FMCG, Media, Education etc.
He has served / is serving a number of renowned companies in the capacity of Director / Advisor / Consultant.
